About Us
We believe that balance is the new beauty; Studio Oura is a integrated fitness & wellness space in Bangalore offering mindful movement, soulful rituals, nutrition, and community — inspired by the five elements of balance
At Oura, we believe wellness extends far beyond the mat. What began as a studio has evolved into a space designed to feel like home for your well-being. From the very beginning, Oura was imagined as a holistic wellness hub—where mindful movement, meaningful connection, and nourishment naturally come together through like minded people joining our oura circle.
We observed that there are many unspoken expectations—to look a certain way, dress a certain way, or fit into a predefined version of “looking healthy.” Oura exists as a gentle response to that. It is an open, inclusive environment where every body is welcome, every journey is respected, and every level of experience is supported.
Our space is designed to help you build confidence in your movement, at your own pace.Whether you come to move, rest, or socialise, studio oura is your safe space to reset. As vision is to remain deeply committed to our local community through inclusive programming and subsidised offerings. At Oura, wellness is not a trend or a privilege—it’s a way of life. One that should feel accessible, empowering, and deeply human.

2. What makes Studio Oura different?
Studio Oura is a one-of-a-kind boutique wellness space in Bangalore — designed not just for fitness, but for inner balance and holistic wellbeing. We go beyond movement to create an intentional, safe, and soul-nourishing experience. Please bring a pair of grip socks, a water bottle, and a personal towel for hygiene and comfort. We’ll take care of the rest — the studio provides high-quality mats and all the accessories or props you’ll need for your class.
4. Are your classes suitable for all fitness or body types?
Our classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to most fitness levels, body types, and ages. Whether you’re just starting out, easing back into movement, or exploring wellness at a later stage in life, you’re welcome here. Studio Oura is a gender-inclusive space, open to anyone looking to move mindfully and feel supported in their wellbeing journey.
If you have a specific injury or condition, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand. For safety, we may require a doctor’s note if you’re recovering from an acute injury. At the moment, we do not offer sessions tailored for pregnancy.
5. Can I buy a membership or class pack?
Yes! At Studio Oura, we offer both.
- Class Packs are perfect if you’re looking for more freedom and flexibility — use them when it suits your schedule, without any long-term commitment.
- Memberships are ideal if you’re ready to commit to your wellbeing journey. Built for consistency, our flexible membership plans help you stay on track, adapt to your rhythm, and make movement a regular part of your lifestyle.
6. Can I cancel or reschedule my class?
Yes, you can — we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, so your spot can be offered to someone else. This helps us keep the experience smooth and respectful for everyone in our community.
7. Do you have changing rooms and showers at the studio?
We have changing rooms, and lockers to store your personal belongings. We have washrooms for men and women, but not showers.
8. Is there parking or public transport near the studio?
We don’t have a dedicated parking area, so you’ll need to find street parking or a spot nearby. Luckily, we’re easy to reach — the Indiranagar Metro Station is just 350 meters away, a short 5-minute walk. Taking a cab or auto is also a convenient and popular option for our community.
